Nutty Jumbles - A Great After-School Snack!

This recipe is a great after school snack you can make with and for your kiddos! The Nutty Jumbles are quick, easy and delicious!
NUTTY JUMBLES
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. soft butter
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- salt
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
- preheat oven to 350
- line baking sheets with aluminum foil and lightly grease with soft butter
- mix together in a bowl with a fork - egg whites, brown sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt - until frothy an smooth
- add the nuts and stir until coated
- drop heaping tablespoonfuls on baking sheet
- flatten mounds slightly
- bake about 14 - 16 minutes or until the nuts are well browned
- let cool completely before eating
