Food & Snacks - How Many Times Does a Toddler Eat in A Day?

Posted by the folks at Cow & Lizard on Jan 5th 2016

Much of your preschoolers day will revolve around food.  Breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner, play date snacks, car ride snacks and the list goes on.  You are either lucky to have a great eater who will try anything or unfortunate to have the picky eater that you have to bend over backwards to please.  My older son had a friend who all he would eat was plain buttered noodles.

Having fun dinnerware and place mats can help make mealtimes fun for your kids whether they enjoy eating or not.  Sometimes distraction is the best way to get them to eat.  The less they think about what the food is  - the better.

Green Toys makes a line called Green Eats - an eco-friendly line of kids dinnerware made of recycled plastic milk jugs.  They are very safe - no harmful chemicals used to make them, can be put in the dishwasher and are made here in the USA.  They come in four bright colors - blue, green, yellow and orange.  Choose form plates, bowls, tumblers, snack bowls, snack plates, divided plates, divided tray, forks and spoons.
