Cooperative Games - Stone Soup

Once upon a time, in a town not too far away, a stranger helped a small town make a soup together. He supplied nothing more than a simple stone, a pot, and the encouragement to share and work together, What a wonderful story of cooperation! In the Stone Soup game by Peaceable Kingdom, players work together to "cook" a soup by making matches of soup ingredients. Turn over 2 cards. If they match, add them to the kettle. Make all the matches before the fire under the kettle goes out and everyone wins!
Stone Soup is a wonderful board game where no reading is required. It helps with the development of learning skills such as memory, social development, helping others and cooperation. The game is for 2-6 players for ages 5+ years and it takes about 15-20 minutes to play.
Cooperative games by Peaceable Kingdom are games where everyone plays together, no one is left out, and everyone has fun! Players work together as a team against a common obstacle, not against each other. Cooperative games emphasize play, not competition. These cooperative games build confidence, encourage inclusion, and teach kids to share. Kids work together, they help each other, and they play for fun.
