Bath toys are lots of fun - they make the chore of getting clean much more enjoyable. Bath toys provide a learning opportunity also for your babies, toddlers and preschoolers.
Make a big splash in the bath! Learning to sort and match colors as well as manipulate shapes introduces math concepts, improves pattern recognition and trains observation skills.
Kids want to be part of the grown up world. Helping a child put his toys away gives him a sense of purpose and makes him/her feel like an important contributing member of the family.
Puppet play gives kids a chance to exercise their imagination or express and master emotion. And it provides a great way to engage with your child. Mr. Shark can give a killer explanation of why we need to wash behind our ears.
At two, your child's favorite words are "no" and Me Do It". Foster independence and a sense of accomplishment by letting him/her wash himself/herself with a little help from Mom or Dad.
Stacking and nesting play teaches spatial relationships and improves both large and small muscle coordination. It also introduces the basics of sizes and sequencing as well as abstract concepts such as empty and full.
Seeing the mechanism that operates this toy offers an unforgettable lesson in cause & effect and gives kids a glimpse of how we harness the power of water.
Exploring under water is a great role playing adventure that also teaches matching and sorting skills and piques curiosity about scientific concepts - such as the reason objects sink and why they look bigger when submerged.
